GfG Instrumentation, CC22-779-D, CC 22 Transmitter with Sensor MK 91-1, Aceton C3H6O, No Display with Display, 4-20 mA
Features:
- Measuring principle catalytic combustion (CC) for flammable gases and vapours
- Expected sensor lifetime 5 years
- Approvals / Certifications SIL 2/3 (hardware)
If flammable gases and vapours are to be monitored outside Ex zones, the CC22 transmitter is a reliable and economical solution. The CC22 transmits measured values and status displays analogue. In combination with GfG's proven controllers, installation in new gas detection systems as well as retrofitting in existing systems is possible.
The CC22 uses catalytic combustion (CC; also heat tone or HT) to detect combustible gases and vapours such as methane, propane and hydrogen. The long-life sensors make the CC22 an economical solution for detecting a wide range of combustible gases in the measuring ranges 0 to 100 % LEL and 0 to 4 % by volume (NH3). Automatic temperature compensation and linearisation of the measuring signals ensure high measuring accuracy.
Functional safety and device protection
The hardware of the CC22 complies with the European standard for functional safety DIN EN 61508-2: 2011 (SIL). The housing is protected against the ingress of dust and water protection class: IP54.
Communication and service
Signals are transmitted according to the analogue industrial standard. The transmitter indicates operating states via two status LEDs.
