The Big Tipper Barrel Transport and Pouring Cart. Moving and pouring barrels becomes a one person job with this cart. Strong steel construction creates a frame to hold and move a 15 gallon mixing barrel, sold separately. Center support acts as a belt to secure and lock the barrel into place during use. Unique handle design for a compact footprint. the handle can be used to push around a job site and then can be tilted forward to pthe contents of the barrel. The base is connected to 4 swivel rubber casters. Two of the casters lock into place to secure the cart when pouring.
